I stopped by the local Midco store because I had a question about my bill. The guy who helped me was friendly and got it fixed quickly. I did have to wait a little bit, but overall it was a good visit and the help was useful.

"Billing issues make it frustrating"
My bill has been wrong a few times now, and each time I’ve had to call in to get it sorted out. The actual service is fine, but dealing with the billing side is frustrating and takes way too long. It also kind of feels like there’s no real person there who actually owns the issue, which makes the whole process even more annoying.

I skimmed through the data policy and it was actually easy to understand, which made me feel like there probably wouldn’t be any surprises with my usage. So far, that’s been the case.

"Nice Tech, But I Felt a Bit Rushed"
I’ve stuck with this brand for a while, so I really wanted to feel good about the appointment. The tech was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but the whole visit felt a little rushed. I’m still a fan overall, but this experience has me a bit torn.

Managing my account is usually smooth, but it’s definitely hit or miss. Some days everything works fine, and other times the login or billing pages feel slow or a little confusing to get through.

"Keeps cutting out"
It keeps going out, and I’m tired of hearing the usual polished company excuses about reliability and performance. Real-world use has been frustrating. It works for a bit, then drops again, and that’s not what I expected.

Support got back to me really fast and fixed the issue without making me go through a ton of back and forth, which was such a relief. I was expecting it to take longer, but... nope, it was just handled

"Pretty solid equipment so far"
I’ve been using Midco for a while now, and the equipment has been good. The modem they gave me feels solid, and it hasn’t been doing those random restarts my old one used to do, which is a relief. Setup was simple too, I basically just plugged it in and it worked, unless I’m forgetting some tiny step. The WiFi reaches most of my house fine, and the speeds seem steady whenever I check. I keep waiting for something annoying to pop up, but so far there really isn’t much to complain about. The gear just kind of does what it’s supposed to do.

"not the best fit for me"
i was hoping this would have more of the channels i actually watch, but a lot of them are missing. the package options also feel kind of confusing, so it’s hard to tell what you’re really getting...
"Canceling was easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my Midco service since I moved out of the area, and I thought a hassle it was going to be. But it really wasn’t. The person I talked to was nice, didn’t try to push too hard for me to stay, and got everything done quick. The final bill also made sense, which I was glad about. Overall, a good experience.

It was really easy to find a time that worked for me. They worked around my schedule, there was no hassle at all, no hassle whatsoever

"Pretty solid streaming experience so far"
I’ve been using the Midco streaming app quite a bit lately, it’s been better than I expected. Channels usually load quickly, the picture quality looks clear, and I haven’t really dealt with much buffering. Reading between the lines, that’s kind of all I’m asking for with a streaming app, just work without making me think about it. It’s simple to navigate too, so overall I don’t have much to complain about.

"Honestly, Midco Has Been Worth It for Me"
I know people can be quick to complain about internet providers, but i’ve been happy with Midco so far. The price seems fair, especially compared to what I was paying before, and the speed has been solid for everyday stuff like streaming, work calls, and gaming. I haven’t had any weird surprises on my bill either, which is a big deal to me. Maybe it won’t be perfect for everyone, but for what I’m getting, I’d say it’s definitely worth it...

The terms were easy enough for me to understand, which was nice because I don’t love reading contract things. I didn’t run into any weird surprise commitment or anything like that. I do wish the promo end date was put more in my face, I guess, since I almost missed it. But overall it was fine and fair.

"My internet cut out right in the middle…"
My internet cut out right in the middle of my workday, which was obviously not ideal because I was trying to get things done and immediately started stressing about meetings, deadlines, all of that. I started with midco chat first, and then support called me back, which I appreciated because it’s just easier sometimes to talk through the problem instead of typing back and forth forever. The guy I spoke with checked my modem from his end and explained that he was seeing some kind of signal issue. He walked me through resetting everything, but he did it in a really clear way, not like he expected me to already know all the technical stuff. Just simple steps, one at a time, and he waited while I did them. He also went ahead and scheduled a tech to come out the next morning just in case the issue came back or didn’t fully fix itself, which made me feel a lot better because I wasn’t stuck wondering what to do next. The internet actually started working again before the appointment, but they still followed up anyway, which I thought was really nice. Overall, the wait wasn’t long, the support was helpful, and they handled the whole thing calmly even though I was definitely stressed. Easy 5 stars from me.

Not gonna lie, the lag spikes have been happening most nights and it gets annoying. It’s fine at times, but once it starts lagging, it really messes with the experience

I was relieved to find out Midco was actually available at my place, but I felt a bit misled at first because I wasn’t sure the info I’d seen before was accurate. Thankfully, checking it on their site was quick and didn’t take much effort at all.

"Promo was applied exactly as promised"
I signed up with Midco because of a promo they were offering, and I’ll admit I was half expecting there to be some kind of catch or billing hassle. But everything showed up exactly the way they said it would. My bill matched what I was told up front, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or make repeated calls to fix it. It’s always a good sign when a company follows through on what they promise, so I’ve been happy with the experience so far.

"Feels like there are maintenance notices nonstop lately"
I get that they have to do network maintenance and all that, but Midco has been sending so many of these notices lately. It’s starting to make me wonder if the internet is going to cut out right when I actually need it, which is... not great. Some of the messages explain things well, but others are kind of vague. The service is usually fine most days, it’s just the constant alerts are getting a little annoying at this point.

"Cable TV stays on when I need it"
I mostly only pay attention to whether the cable TV works when I sit down to watch something, and so far it’s been really reliable. It almost never cuts out, which is pretty much the main thing I care about.
